Does this seem like a good training plan?
I'm part of a junior team at a velodrome where they do practices and races, so that's what I mean by "Track Practice" and "Racing"
Monday: Racing
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: Workout from a Zwift training plan.
Thursday: weights (morning)/ Track practice (afternoon)
Friday: Recovery ride
Saturday: Track practice
Sunday: Zone 2
I'm trying to improve at track cycling, but also Zwift and crit racing. I'm also wondering what I should do between now, and when the track practices start, in the first week of April. I don't want to start a new training plan because I won't be able to finish it, so should I just do races? Or maybe outdoor rides? I also can't change they day of the practices, so those will have to be Thursday and Saturday.
