Experience with Ecigone?

Just curious how your order went when purchasing from ecigone.

I’ve ordered from them twice now and both times left a bit to be desired.

First order wasn’t bad but also not great. I placed order, received email the following day saying it was preparing to ship. Package ended up arriving on my doorstep a week later, which was great. The only issue I had was I didn’t receive any shipping info or tracking number so I could arrange to be home when package was delivered, so I had a box full of vape gear worth $500 sitting on my doorstep for 10 hours while I was at work.

Second order has been a complete mess. I order on February 2nd. I received email on the 3rd stating package has shipped. I’ve ordered enough online to know that means a label was printed and they actually haven’t shipped it yet. No big deal.

February 5th. I receive email stating package has arrived in the USA. Ok cool, couple days to get through customs and it’ll be on its way.

February 7th. I receive email stating package has just left the UK! Now I’m starting to be like wtf. I email customer support on Friday. I asked if they could look into this for me since I could not track package with the Royal mail tracking number they sent me. Knowing they have gone home and I’ll have to wait until Monday for a response.

February 10th. I receive another email stating package was preparing to ship! This is followed by an email from customer support stating the package was being returned to them by Royal mail and that they would contact Royal mail to find out why. I email them back asking to let me know as soon as possible, now I wait until tomorrow for a response to decide if I do a chargeback and never order from them again or wait for package to be sent again.

So that’s my experience. How’s yours been with Ecigone?
