Does buying a One Hotspur membership now guarantee me a ticket to Leicester match?

I'm traveling abroad and would like to purchase tickets to a Leicester match on 26th january.

Are there even any tickets left? I can't check availability because I'm not a member yet. Would I even be able to purchase them right after I become a member?
