how many eggs on a bagel sandwich?

got tims today and asked that they make sure there's two eggs on the bagel sandwich cus they normally only give us one and they told me only one comes on all the sandwiches?? are some locations different?? i worked at one for years and we changed to two eggs a few years ago on bagel sandwiches so like are they just being stingy with their eggs or are different locations allowed to chnage the egg requirement?
