Looking for second opinion on tiling job

Contractor added grout today and I'm not entirely happy with some of the detail. The tiles are very thick and the walls in the room don't run perfectly straight like a square ( they go in and out). Also told the tiles aren't all the exact same size.

Of the few points I did initially ask him about, he said there wasn't much he could do. I want to know what people think and if I should be asking for these things fixed.

Main issues are tiles that are not level (lipping), uneven grout lines and chipped tiles.
