Gore bombs can make games crash?

I don't know if this is true but I was playing against a bones and me Sonny and a friend we're the last ones left the other family members dced and the Sonny got his by a gore bomb and my friend said his game crashed then I went to where Sonny got his by the bomb and he wasn't moving and a couple minutes later my friend Sonny and bones dced I stabbed bones in the back as soon as his bomb went off so maybe that's why?
