UniPC Warranry Problem

Bumili kami ng lenovo laptop sa unipc (Dec 29, 2024), after a few days lang nasimulan gamitin because of celebrations etc.

After the windows update and initial setup is done, chineck ko yung warranty status and it started on August 2024. So sayang ang 4 months of warranty coverage so i tried asking Lenovo tech support to adjust the date pero turns out, registered sa HK yung laptop and against sa policy nila yung iba ang country ng invoice.

Tried contacting UniPC for assitance pero parang iniiwasan nila kami.

Last day na kasi today ng 7days replacement warranty sa dealer and worried ako na magka problem sa warranry pag di na address ito.

May violation ba sa DTI yung ganto? And if so, is it time to get them involved?
