Why are people saying the blue container area on slaughter house Strom is victim sided if the tree is down?

Now first off I wanna clarify that I haven't played a real match yet on the map and have only played it on a custom match but it doesn't seem victim sides to me there's a mud puddle of the starting area on the left and a mud puddle outside the wall gap leaving to the main building in the map
