TMJD and hormones

Does anyone else have much more severe pain during the last week of their cycle?

I'm suffering so much and the thought of it again and again is overwhelming. Full on muscle spasm, inflammation, locked jaw, neck pain, earache, can't eat, sleep or speak properly for a week now.
