Passed Tests - Completed On-boarding - Now What? No Reply for Almost 2 Weeks.

Hi folks, wondering if this was normal for the rest of you guys as well.

I cleared the 3 parts of the test earlier in November and received Telus's offer email and completed the initial things they asked me to on Workday. Now it is almost 12~ days and there hasn't been any more communication from them after the "We’ll be in touch soon with more information", was the wait like this for you guys as well?

I have sent reply back to the last email a few days ago asking if there was anything else needed to be done on my end, but no reply to it either.
