Uplift Desks Hiding 2-Star Review

Just wanted to make it known that Uplift Desk hides "bad" reviews (or at least they're hiding mine). I recently purchased a laptop-mount monitor arm (https://www.upliftdesk.com/laptop-mount-by-uplift-desk/) from Uplift and have been having difficulty using it. The springs are insanely strong and so if you have a bigger laptop it's really hard to operate it with two hands.

Anyway, I left a ~3 paragraph review on their website with the pros and cons and gave the arm a 2-star rating. Nothing I said was offensive or unfair and I tried to be as descriptive as I could, after all I love my desk and appreciate the products that the company produces. I just had some issues with this specific item that I wanted to warn others about so they could be more informed.

However, my review is still not visible on their website and it's been almost a week now (I left the review on 7/13 and got an email asking me to verify I indeed wrote it that same day, so I know there wasn't a glitch or anything). This seems pretty shady so I wanted to draw some attention to this seemingly bad practice or give them a chance to explain why this is happening if there are any company representatives here.
