Recoil spring and barrel stuck can’t move the slide at all all locked up.

What the fuck do I do. I took the slide off to do a quick check on the internals and didn’t touch the barrel or spring assembly. Just a quick visual cause I noticed a little bit of discoloration

Went to put the slide back on and it got completely stuck. It was pretty far back but not enough for the slide lock to reach. Read to mallet it back forward so I did and now I can’t go any further without hitting the firing pin.

Tried using a string and wrapping it around my spring and pulling it down while pulling the trigger but kept snapping the string in half.

I’m sad and pissed off. Can anyone offer me any help.
