Imagine a Spider-Man film made by Quentin Tarantino

I'm a big fan of QT, and I love all of his films. But he has been interested in making two Marvel films (Luke Cage and Silver Surfer) which have gone absolutely nowhere. But this has probably been thought before, but what would a Quentin Tarantino Spider-Man film be like? Would it be dialogue heavy like his other films? A bit action focused like his Kill Bill instalments? What do you think? (Also we'd obviously know if he were to adapt a villain like Green Goblin, Venom, or Doc Ock they'd be great.)
