Why can't i do anything against super broly?

i get hes supposed to be really hard, but body change is unblockable. How the hell is he blocking it and deflecting it. it doesnt work like that, he's supposed to be hard but its virtually impossible if he only spams gigantic crash and gets sparking mode instantly despite having no skill points. he needs a slight nerf
