Does anyone remember this old sonic video game?

A couple of days ago I remembered that back in 2007/8 I got my first videogame, it was an old sonic the hedgehog game for PC, running on windows.

So I started searching for it, but the weird thing is that I can't find any sonic PC game that matches that design, the closest I found was "Sonic advance" but it was never published for PC. Does anyone else remember a game like that?
