First solo trip!

So i am planning my first solo trip to Varanasi, Prayagraj(Kumbh Mela), Gaya & Deoghar. This will be my first solo trip so any suggestions are welcome, what to carry, things to be aware anything. I am gathering intel from but i wanna hear your suggestions too. If anyone has done it before I would like to know how to make best of it.
