what are my chances of getting my snapchat back?

so this random guy was being nasty to me and ended our TINY back and fourth saying this. so i screenshotted it and posted it to embarrass him because he only said that thinking it was private. after he saw it i unadded him and reported him. well snapchat flagged it after 12 hours for bullying and harassment and took it down. fine whatever, but then i went to bed and my snapchat got permanently banned for bullying and harassment. what are my chances of getting my account back? i posted his harassment so does that make me a bully?? it feels so unfair then i get deleted for him being a pervert.
