Are seal point and Siamese the same thing?

Hello! This is my cat, Fox! I’ve wondered if he is Siamese based on his looks, crossed eyes, VERY social personality, very vocal nature, high energy, and weird sleeping habits 😂 i know cat genetics and breeds aren’t like dogs but to me he looks part Siamese if that’s possible.
