How to defeat the Blazing bull in ng+?

So i finished the game multiple times and got all the endings and then decided that it was easy, so i decided to play ng+ charmless and everything was fine except when i got to the blazing bull.
Every enemy kills me in 1 to 3 hits, and blazing bull just one shots me, I do chip damage to his health for like 10 mins only to get one shot by the ram attack. I tried fire crackers and flame barrel and that didn't work.
I've hit a brick wall, any advice?

Update: finally killed the fcker, but after reaching owl, the mfer was happy to see me a bit too much.
I gave up and started a new game but i'll keep the charm this time. I've reached ng+3, I'm no lifing this bih
