Disability claim question

SSDI disability claim question

So I personally have questions regarding my current SSDI claim. I will try to make this as short as possible 🙏

Filed in November 29, 2023 online

After filing myself, a law firm agreed to help/sign on

I have had multiple hospitalizations with diverticulitis - caused multiple episodes of sepsis and colon abscesses since 2018.

2023-Present - Have been seeing a psychiatrist and primary regularly. Diagnosed with chronic PTSD, general anxiety and illness anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder with psychotic features, chronic diverticulitis, fibromyalgia, insomnia, chronic fatigue syndrome (I'm sure I have more but can't remember). I have roughly 14 different medications/prescriptions also.

I have seen a neurologist, cardiologist, primary, rheumatologist (regularly for fibromyalgia and other), psychiatrist and behavioral therapist both on a regular basis as well.

I was hospitalized also back in 2024 for a mental health crisis (multiple other mental hospitalizations in the past as well) and another diverticulitis flare up. Also, I went through an IOP group therapy program for two and half months which helped quite a bit but I've noticed how without the program I don't feel as good? I am currently on step three of the SSDI process since May of 2024, but I have no medical examiner as of yet. So my question is what should I do next or could do to help my claim? Should I send my written medical journal? Should I write a letter with medical problems, daily life or should I have a family member write a letter for me? I'm confused and frustrated since I don't get much or any feedback from the lawyers office. Thank you in advance for any advice you can give!
