Can't build floor under 1.5 wall lamp

Hi all, basically what the title says. When I have one of the new vanilla wall lamps, I can't build a floor under it. I have a lot of mods so might be one of those but it's such a specific issue. I have unsubbed from the old wall light mod. Can anyone help please?
