please for the love of god, any book recommendations for rh ?

i’m looking for anything with a good plot line. no bully romance please! i just want to read. im tired of the ladies being brutalized before falling in love. fated mates are driving me absolutely insane. please anything! maybe even some poc characters, i know that’s hard to find. but something is better than nothing. just something. i’m about to give up on kindle. if i see one more person fall for an abusive piece of shit, this tablet is going out the window.
