Reusing drone photos for new commercial RE unit listing (existing client)

I have a pretty good client that is going to be listing another unit in a commercial building that I previously captured for them. I had captured interiors/exteriors and drone and charged accordingly for that shoot about a year ago. They just reached out to me to do interiors for this new unit and they went ahead and just stated that they'll be using the exteriors and drone previously captured.

What would you do? I feel like I maybe should be charging a modest relicensing fee to not set a precedent. I know this is a touchy area with agents thinking they own the photos outright. They are a decent client as I mentioned so I don't want to really ruffle feathers. Would you charge or just let it slide without a charge but mention that you are granting use for this new listing?
