I literally got ghosted by moderation for an enforcement ban

For context I was enforcement banned for something that was literally completely out my control. I did not use any alternate accounts ever so it cannot possibly be my fault.

After my first 3 appeals were rejected I followed the instructions provided by this subreddit on how to appeal an enforcement ban and got into contact with moderation. This was about a week ago. I received one message from them and haven’t received any update since. I’ve emailed several times asking for an update and have been completely ignored. What should I do? Am I screwed?
