Chapter 4 Crashes

Chapter 4 has been blue screening my pc for over an hour. I will get to a cutscene, but when the cutscene ends; my computer will blue screen on me, and I have been trying to fix it, but to no avail. Does anyone know of a solution to my problem? (please no spoilers to chapter 4 btw)
