Quickest way to offload pokemon

Ebay, reddit, lcs? Looking for best return but also quickest sell. I'm guessing my lcs, or even shows. As far as tax docs, if I sell a card over 600$ or anything pokemon, will I be taxed at a LCS or card show? I know ebay, yes.
