What's the deal w Dr Jason Emer?

I was the unfortunate recipient of a botched lipo procedure a few years ago. I had a revision by another doctor and the issues still exist. It seems most doctors aren't great at revsisons but ive been researching Emer for a while and it appears he might be the Gold standard for fixing botched lipo jobs.

I know he's a dermatologist but he works with a PS to do the cutting so im not too concerned about it. His results look fantastic, and I want to consult with him but here's the issue..

He has 9 pages of 1 star reviews on Yelp alone. Common complaints seem to be that he doesn't listen, he's too expensive, or his office is too pushy trying to upsell with additional procedures, peptides, post op treatments etc.

So im not sure what to do. I need someone whos a rockstar at repairing botched lipo. People either love or hate this guy and his reviews are either extremely good or extremely negative.

Has anyone here had any experience with him and his practice, or can suggest another doctor who specializes in repairing botched lipo patients?
