What to eat when craving fat and protein?
I love my WFPB diet. Sometimes, I feel my body craving more fat and maybe protein? I eat avocados, but I don’t know what else to eat when I have these cravings. I eat nuts and legumes daily. I find they don’t satisfy the craving. I’ve eaten cheese very occasionally when I get this craving and it satisfies it, but I don’t want to eat dairy.
I’ve also been going through a bunch of hormonal changes going through IVF and being out on different meds. I’m also very active.
Anyone else experience this? What do you eat to satisfy these fat cravings?
Edit to add: I eat tofu nearly daily as well.
Edit Edit: I appreciate everyone’s suggestions. I should be clear, I’m not craving junk food, I’m not even craving cheese. I just want something fatty and satiating. I think the hormones are the biggest influence here. IVF is a lot on the system, so I may cave and try some salmon. Thanks again y’all for chiming in. Love this community and this lifestyle.
