How to take watch swimming? What case(s) do I need?

Hi! I just discovered that there are cases for the pixel watch. I want to take mine swimming but I'm nervous to do it. Do I need a special water proof case? Are there other cases for other purposes (say, just for screen protection)?

Bonus: I need a comfy sleeping band. The white silicone one is not comfy.
