Toxic Filipino traits: Panghihipo as a joke

How many of us were suddenly touched inappropriately in our genitalia or junks by our own relatives (particularly the older relatives thinking it is appropriate)?

I was just today on Christmas of all places by my own father, my uncle who is a judge and another uncle who is a medical professional. I am not laughing but raging at the fact that they think touching the genitals of younger males are funny but it is just fucking wrong and stupid. It is not a laughing matter especially that I am 22, M. I am not laughing at this and I swear that I will distance myself from the side of my family once I graduate and get a job either in a far-flung province or abroad, just to get out from their faces.

They think it is normal, but it is BS and I hope that they would stop it because it will be just an undying trauma that will continue to flourish if it is not stopped.

I might swear off my well-known last name if I can and will do my part to end generational toxic trait in my own family
