Am I eating enough?

Hi. I’m F23, 5’3, 132lbs.

I have no idea how many calories to lose weight. My TDEE is 2037.

I workout 5 days a week for 30-40 min. After each workout I am tired, legs shaking, etc. I don’t think I could workout more than this.

Technically this means I should eat around 1537 to lose 1lbs per week. I’m currently eating 1600-1700 each day and I am starving. I eat fruits, veggies, healthyish. I eat anything I want as long as it fits within my calories. Yes I eat enough protein.

If I eat more than 1700 I gain weight but I’m so hungry all the time. I eat a full meal and an hour later I’m starving again.

Idk what to do because I want to lose weight, maybe 5lbs and gain muscle but it’s making me so tired, headaches all the time, etc.

Am I still eating too little? Why am I gaining in a deficit?
