How to make friends for non verbal non mobile child

Daughter has rare disability it’s hard not seeing her play with other kids even harder seeing that no other kids want to play with her. Just wondering what else is out there to pick my daughters social skills up. I’ve tried the common group which is a once a month time to play with other special needs. But that’s one hour once a month any tips would help thanks in advance
