Best day to hike Mt Pulag

Hello po, planning to hike mt pulag which is my dream hike. When kaya best day of the week to hike na pinaka onti ang crowd? Ask nadin me for tips, budget and etc. that I need to prepare. I’ve had 4 hikes nadin pala(Talamitam, Batulao, Batolusong, and Nagpatong).
