Upgrade Path Suggestion for CPU and PSU

Hello, been playing last of us part 1 but my system struggles even at the lowest setting, i feel like i need to upgrade my CPU for it to run smoothly and with that future-proofing for the PSU for future upgrades. Hoping that i wouldn't need to upgrade for 5-10 years (if possible).

What can you recommend:
for CPU (tray type is good too) within 5-10k budget
PSU (modular/non-modular) 6k budget

GPU: ASUS TUF 1650 Super

Motherboard: B450 Mortar Max

PSU: Corsair 450w Bronze 80+

RAM: 8x2 8GB 3200MHz (CL16?)
