First Scratch

Recently bought a Pcx 160 two weeks ago and in my 2nd time trying to learn how to ride, (I have no experience before) my scooter fell sideways as I stopped. I got a few scratches. What should I do?Is this common and should be concerned? How much would it cost to fix that?

Sorry guys if Im still a bit ignorant about motorcycles.

Im also a fairly short guy at around 5'1 so that might be another reason why Im having trouble initially.
