Dear Tanks Im Sorry
Dear Tanks, im sorry i thought you guys had the easiest role in the game. I blamed my losses on tanks but now i realized it was us. I recently switched to tank to try it out and it all started when i decided thats enough ranked for the day and hopped in quick play(terrible mistake). The gamemode was the Robot objective(I was sigma) i went to the robot and when it unlocked i pushed. I started getting overwhelmed and falled back looking for backup just to turn and see my teamates doing nothing but emoting and crouching, i typed in chat and asked what they were doing and they said nothing so i decided to just push. With a Illari and a mercy on their enemy team i know i wasnt going to do anything but i hoped it catched my teamates attentions(it didnt).
3 times i fought the entire team and yet i didnt get healed or the dps came to back me up i was on my own and yet i was still doing damage to them but with a doomfist on their team it was shortlived everytime by this time my teamates started to realized their in a game and pushed but it was already too late. They reached the final checkpoint with the robot and the game ended, and the kiriko on my team with a whopping 800 damage and 300 heals called me trash. Second game i got matched with the same kiriko but i also got matched with someone that i won a game with so they called me good in chat and that my team needed me to win, the kiriko said i was trash yet again and said i sold her past games, the gamemode we had to play was defend the payload we were doing terrible i admit i was selling for most of the game since i realized it was the same thing as last game me alone attacking. On the final checkpoint i locked in i had to delay for 6 minutes and i almost did but yet again kiriko and the rest of my team sold.
Kiriko was only healing nothing else i had to drop back and kill anyone that got past me and go up to keep their tank at bay. I told kiriko shes not a healbot(thank you to the person who told me what that is) and she finnaly started attacking and yet she made no impact my dps were so far back(none were widowmaker) and yet i defended for 4 minutes until i got overloaded and died.
Im deeply sorry Tanks i understand your pain of having trash teamates and getting blamed for losing the match while they did nothing, I cursed at you guys called you deranged mentally challenged apes but i was wrong it was never you guys fault.
