Game crouches me when playing in sitting mode

Okay, so i tried playing some games on the oculus quest 2 and a common issue is that the games think I'm crouching when I'm sitting. The problem is, i can't stand up. I'm disabled and standing up isn't really possible! Is there a way to make any game think I'm sitting up so the camera isn't too low?
