Airtel Xtreme Wifi

I have been using Airtel Xtreme Wifi for a while now and wanted to cancel because it's kinda costly. Already took subscription from different provider and setup is done.

First of all there is no way to cancel the thing using the airtel app or website or something directly by ourselves? why? tf?

And only way is to call the customer support 121 and talk to them? They wasted almost half an hour just to cancel my subscription? like???

They were asking repeatedly why I am cancelling? Do you want to pause instead of cancellation? Or gift connection to anyone else? or choose any other less costly plan but with lower speed?

I mean from business standpoint it's understandable that they want the customers to know all the options and try to retain them and all but the whole thing was annoying and such waste of time.

Yeah I am never using that ever again.
