Which tubby Todd product for infant acne?

Hi all! My 2.5 week old has developed some pretty significant infant acne. Searching previous posts on this forum, I saw a lot of people had success with Tubby Todd ointment. My question is, do you use the regular original formula or the eczema specific one that includes colloidal oatmeal?
