Background check for nanny

Hi,

I will be returning to work soon and reached out on “Nextdoor” for a nanny. I think I found a good nanny but I got weirded out when she sent me a background check from TransUnion Shareable whiteout being asked. When I think about it rationally I can see she’s being super proactive and under normal circumstances I would have really appreciated it. But as a parent I’m just not able to see it that way and feel in anxious - “why did she do her own background check? What is she hiding from us?”

I guess the best thing to do would be to run my own background check. How do I do that? Can I do that with just her name and address? Can I do it without her social security number and other private information?
