Am I going too slow with solids?

My baby is 7 months old and I’ve been doing 2-3 ingredient purees, just simple veggies plus chicken or lentils. But on tiktok I’m seeing people using olive oil and spices and frying things for their baby.

Should I be giving her more complex foods?

She hasn’t had any added oils or spices or any pasta. She’s had all the veggies and fruits and chicken and lentils.
