Frappe Address Issue

So I'm having this issue with a client who uses Farapp and Shopify. This issue only happens with TikTok orders coming to Shopify via Silk. I can see the shipping address in Shopify and TikTok Seller Central, but when it goes into Farapp, the shipping address is blank.

The error it gives is some unbalanced order total which is wrong. If I reload the order without editing it, it populated the shipping address.

Has anyone come across this instance before? I don't think I would need a specific order mapping to be set as I've never encountered this issue before. Any insight would be appreciated!
