Neck and backpain

Hello all.

Has anyone else experienced neck and back pain from mgen? I have been on a rollercoaster the past 4-5 years with insane symptoms that have gradually become worse.. I recently read that it might be the cause of this..

I took 2 courses of az and moxi about 2018-2019 for mgen 6 months apart. Thought I was clear.. but have the past years randomly gotten itching in the tip of my penis.. did tests multiple times which came back clear. So I thought I was clear.

2019 I developed severe itching.. has gotten better but I still flare up from time to time.

Come 2022 I get insane back pain which radiates to my testicles and down into my legs.. did MRIs and ultrasounds.. all clear then it got better after about 4 months of pain and mostly went away…

Last year got a random stomach ulcer/gastritis? No idea what it was.. threw up and had stomach problems for a month. Never had this issue before. Took some Pepcid and other meds and it cleared up.

Come August 2024 I woke up with extreme neck pain and since then my life has been hell. Suspecting CCI.. and have been suspecting some sort of connective tissue disorder, and recently read that it could stem from mgen? I have done Lyme tests and all kinds of blood tests which all came back fine.. any advice? I’m planing on going to the docs next week to have a new test.

After the neck issues the back pain also returned. I recently did a CBCT scan of my neck and a lumbar 3T MRI. It came back kind of inconclusive with a possibility of cervical instability… and possibly tethered cord in the back..

Sorry for rambling.. I’m just at a loss and really struggling.. has anyone experienced anything similar?
