Thai monstera constellation help

I got this beauty from BJs yesterday for $20!! 🤩 she’s beautiful and already has a leaf unfurling but…. clearly outgrowing the pot lol. The soil was soaked so I’m letting it sit about 8ft away from my east facing window. I’d like to get it acclimated to its new environment before repotting but I’m completely new with Monstera Thai Constellations and want this baby to thrive. Suggestions??
