Do epic not know how to roam

I genuinely don't know if they know how to roam or are they trolling. Playing Layla I need vision but all the roams ive encountered don't know how to even provide bare minimum. My win rate is 47% with 34 matches and guess what. I'm at epic 2 2 stars. Guess what that's where we all start from after season reset if we reach mythic the season before. It makes no sense. My grade average is around 9. I get gold almost each match. Atp I can't tell if it's troll or what
