Bedrock Addons not loading despite being active

Recently the new addons i've been using my my world have stopped working, none of the content will load or function, but in the menu it says that they've all been activated.

No matter what i do i can't get them to start working again and it's actually making me lose my entire mind.

googling has proved useless because all i get are "TOP 10 MCPE ADDONS" which is driving me further into my insanity.
