"Strange Deer Figurines"

Out of curiosity, if I sell one (or several) of these wooden carvings I found outside of Sambor's house, will it cause any issues in his quest later on? I'm only on my first week of the game (I've set seasons to 14 days), and I could really use the coins, but I'm not sure if I should, or if I can make a decent amount of coins later on?
