I don’t know what these are on my feet?

21 Male, I have had these on my feet for years and they haven’t really bothered me until recently, I thought they were verrucas at first but not exactly sure, I hoped someone here would be able to help me out and what I should do to get rid of them. (Second photo is when they have been soaked in water).
