Had to replace a lower control arm, I cleaned the area, got all new parts, torqued everything to manufacture specs and went to get car aligned as it was terribly off. I got it back and thought everything was fine until I started using the brakes at 'higher' speeds ( 15 mph ;/ ) But overall driving steering feels alright which is the strange part.
First section of photos is the control arm change complete.

Second section is this weird substance found near where the control arm was replaced. ( after driving ~30 miles )

And finally a paper showing the alignment work done
Sorry if this is a long post just wanted to provide as much information as I possibly could.
( P.S All the lights on my dash are nothing of importance, I scanned the codes and they are all evap related. )
