Changing Instructors

I’ve been having some issues with my instructor for quite a while. I’m thinking of changing instructors. Found one with really good reviews who seems to specialise in teaching nervous people who lack confidence. The thing is I messaged him asking if he has any lessons available and he replied asking who my current instructor is.

I haven’t stopped lessons with my current instructor yet and I’ve paid him upfront for a few more lessons so I’m not sure how to reply or go about this?
